Our mission is to partner with you and create a unique team-building experience that perfectly fits your needs.
We are affiliated with U of A System Division of Agriculture Research and Extension, ExCEL provides leadership and team development training for youth, college students, non-profit organizations, and corporations.
ExCEL is more than an event; it’s an immersive shared experience designed to strengthen teams through intentional challenge and reflection. Led by full-time staff with more than 50 years of combined facilitation experience, our programs create meaningful growth and lasting impact that stays with people well beyond the day of the program.

Through the use of team-building activities, high and low-ropes courses, ziplining, and rock climbing, we design effective training programs for all types of groups.
What do we offer?
- A variety of team-building activities ranging in difficulty levels from ground-level activities to our challenge course
- Half-day, full-day, and multi-day programs for youth and adults
- Customizable programs to fit the needs of your group
- Full food service, lodging, conference rooms, auditorium and more available for your meeting needs
Where are we located?
Programs take place at the Vines Center (Arkansas 4-H Center) in Little Rock or we can come to your school, church, business, etc.
