Established in 1987, Arkansas Outdoor School (AOS) is one of the longest running outdoor field trip destinations in the state.  We are located 10 miles west of Little Rock at the C.A. Vines Center. Day Program:

1 to 3 activities is $28 per youth if you bring lunch OR $35.00 per youth if you have lunch in our cafeteria.  It is $21 per adult if you bring lunch OR $28 per adult if you have lunch in our cafeteria.

4 to 6 activities is $34.00 per youth if you bring your lunch OR $41.00 per youth if you have lunch in our cafeteria.  It is $21 per adult if you bring your lunch OR $28 per adult if you have lunch in our cafeteria.

Saturday Program:

4 to 6 activities is $34.00 per youth if you bring your lunch OR $41.00 per youth if you have lunch in our cafeteria.  It is $21 per adult if you bring your lunch OR $28 per adult if you have lunch in our cafeteria.

Overnight Program:

A typical youth overnight program with 6 or 7 classes, four meals, and lodging, is $132.00 per youth and $107 for adults.

Day 1

  • 10:30-11:30 Arrival and Orientation

  • 3:20-4:50 Class #3
  • 4:50-5:00 Evening Orientation
  • 5:00-5:30 Check into Rooms
  • 5:30-6:15 Dinner 6:15- Evening Option* (Camp fire, skits, movie, group games, etc.)

Day 2

  • 8:00-8:30 Breakfast
  • 8:30-10:00 Class #4
  • 10:00-11:30 Class #5
  • 11:30-12:00 Lunch
  • 12:00-1:30 Class #6
