Fine Arts

Fine Arts

Creativity and self-expression are essential parts of the 4-H experience. Through Fine Arts, we believe that artistic habits begin in families and communities and grow through opportunities to explore and create. We strive to equip young people with knowledge and skills that foster imagination, confidence, and life skills, preparing them to meet today’s challenges with creativity and eagerness.

4-H Fine Arts programs encourage exploration in a variety of areas, including:

Photography

Ross Photography Contest

The Ross Foundation 4-H Photography Contest provides an opportunity for Arkansas 4 H’ers to demonstrate, compete, and exhibit their photography skills. All 4-H members ages 9—19 are eligible and may enter a unique, original photo into each category.
